At enact. we take property ideas from concept to creation.

We bring together project services specialist consultants.

As part of a project team, we help manage and lead our clients project expectations through enact’s specialised knowledge and depth of experience.

The enact. project services formula combines the experience of talented people delivering a seamless and personal connection of our professional services to the property development sector.
An "anything is possible” approach.

Our people are the enact business. We own our performance and the client relationship. Our business model is founded on proven teamwork and trusted relationships between our owners and their respective client relationships. As senior partners we do what we do because we are highly experienced in our field. On a daily basis we are “knowing and doing” as trusted advisors. Our project leaders “know the answer or know how to get the answer”. We are infinitely networked, and our clients enjoy a boutique, personalised one on one service.

Though often promised, in a competitive service industry, highly geared firms compromise client service.  We see too often inexperienced team members managed by over stretched Directors. Driven to meet profitability hurdles, this compromises the “best for project” outcome clients rightfully expect and deserve.

Bio

With over twenty years of experience in the Construction and Property Development industry, Ken has developed a wide and varied professional network. Bachelor of Building degree qualified. Having been a participant in construction delivery teams including Westfield Design & Construction for ten years. Ken has honed his skills in driven fast paced environments needing to adapt quickly, relocating a young family across four capital cities in Australia and New Zealand. Working with an ASX20 listed Developer and then Lend Lease. The move to client-side project management consultancy following years of on-site construction project delivery was a natural progression to Project Director on some major Sydney Property developments. Now self-employed focussing on the Canberra market. Ken’s preferred work style is best optimised by leveraging his existing long standing professional relationships with key influencers. “Connecting the dots” between like-minded industry associates and the conversion of opportunities in a “people centric” industry. Ken would best describe himself as a “serial networker”. Ken is married to Bernadette with two adult sons. The recently acquired “empty nester” status has allowed them both to make the tree change to Goulburn, conveniently situated between Canberra and Sydney. Ken’s network of key influencers in REIT’s and Institutional Investment Groups also extends to major tier one contractors. Through past project interactions these relationships exist within organisations such as Investa, Dexus, AMP Capital, ISPT, QIC, Scentre Group, Macquarie Bank as well as GPT. Developed relationships and networks with tier one contractors also include Multiplex, Built, and Lend Lease. Working relationships have also led to trusted associations with larger multi-disciplinary services engineering and specialised consulting firms, such as QS, Structural Engineering and Architectural firms. This career journey sets the platform for his industry standing and gravitas developed throughout his career to date. Ken is a respected industry participant with demonstrated skills in strategy formulation known to be a “lateral thinker”. This natural ability has allowed Ken to deliver his commercial acumen traits in complex, high level negotiation environments for his client team and their project stakeholders.
