
With over twenty years of experience in the Construction and Property Development industry, Ken has developed a wide and varied professional network. Bachelor of Building degree qualified. Having been a participant in construction delivery teams including Westfield Design & Construction for ten years. Ken has honed his skills in driven fast paced environments needing to adapt quickly, on major projects across four capital cities in Australia including Auckland, New Zealand. Ken’s career started with Building Contractors in Sydney with years of on-site construction project delivery experience. Commercial and Contracts Management skills were developed with Westfield on major retail Projects in Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne, and Auckland. After three years at Lend Lease learning concept Project Management Ken’s career then evolved in the client-side project management professional services sector of Property Development. Now self-employed based in Goulburn midway between Sydney and the Canberra markets. Ken’s current Projects include, Cathedral restoration, People with Disabilities Accommodation, Fire services Upgrades in secure Government Buildings and a new Hotel on a major mixed-use development in Canberra’s “Civic” CBD.

Adrian’s knowledge covers a broad base, from origination, planning and procurement to design management, project delivery, and asset management. Adrian holds a Juris Doctor (Law) Degree, a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics, a Certificate in Carpentry and Joinery, a Class A Builders License, and executive education from Harvard Business School.

Jeff Clarke is our Sydney Office Associate. With more than 35 years of experience, Jeff has built a reputation as a trusted property and project management executive across Australia. His career spans roles as Head of Development at Healius Limited, where he managed a $90M capital works programme across 80+ medical centres and specialist facilities, and Chief Operating Officer at Crown Project Services, where he oversaw national delivery across commercial, health, aged care, and education sectors. Jeff's expertise extends from strategy and feasibility through to project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and asset planning. His portfolio includes major health facilities, social housing, university campuses, commercial towers, government heritage works, and large-scale industrial infrastructure. As a leader, he is known for integrity, collaboration, and his ability to manage complex, live-environment projects.
